Nina Marie Wilson
Nina Marie Willison – BHS Stage 4 Senior Coach in Complete Horsemanship. BD List 6 Dressage Judge. My aim is to help people ride better by improving there all round horsemanship from complete beginners, Children & Adults, to more experienced combinations wanting to help educate there own horses. I really enjoy seeing a solid partnership form, between horse & rider who gain confidence from each other and feel able to have a go. I train regularly with an International dressage trainer & local experts to keep my own knowledge relevant & up to date. I have competed in dressage, SJ, & Eventing at RC National championships for 3 different clubs, & I compete BD.

Ali Lane
Ali Lane is a British Dressage Trainer, UKCC qualified Dressage Coach, Intrinsic Biomechanics Coach and Equipilates instructor. She is also a Testt certified coach, one of only 16 in the country. This means she can use Testt techniques, developed by Andy Thomas, USA Dressage team Physio. Combining this knowledge enables Ali to teach horse and rider from a biomechanics point of view, as well as a dressage point of view. Sessions will focus on rider position, helping the rider be more effective and get more from the horse, as well as helping the horse become more athletic and optimise the way of going. Ali will often use tools such as alignment jackets and Franklin balls and bands to enhance the riders experience, switch on/off underactive or overactive muscles and help proprioception.

Lisa Randle
Lisa started to learn to ride at the age of 10 (long time ago now!) and most of her teenage years were spent with horses, show jumping, eventing, schooling and general ‘problem solving’ with her own and other peoples horses.
Working with horses was not an option (so my parents told me) so I had to get a proper job and earn a living so there was a break of a few years, with life, work, men and motherhood getting in the way of horses! Fortunately my daughter liked horses, perfect! So the whole family started riding and gave me the opportunity to ‘get back’ to horses.
I started an equine degree and British Horse Society qualifications, neither was easy! However, a bit of talent, a lot of hard work and perseverance paid off and I ended up with a first class honours degree and what was then BHS AI qualifications. The icing on the cake was winning the Equine Thesis of The Year competition in 2011, and speaking at the National Equine Forum in 2012, on the topic of equine obesity. I am also a showing judge and go all over the country judging at both County and locals shows, this is my way of giving a little back to the sport, and I meet some great people and wonderful horses.
I currently show my 16hh Appaloosa, who is Appaloosa Horse Club UK Supreme Champion ridden Appaloosa in 2018. This horse really has achieved so much for me.
For about the past 12 years I have worked as a freelance riding coach in and around the Worcestershire area, although its not really work, it is my pleasure to work with some fantastic people and their lovely horses and ponies. I tend to ‘specialise’ in helping nervous and novice adult riders, particularly with show jumping and cross country, and take great pleasure from seeing my students go on to do better and better things.
Lisa also says, ‘it helps that Alvechurch Riding Club are always good fun…!’
